Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a salt graduation tower, tepidarium, caldarium, and jacuzzi available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (in spring and autumn periods from Monday to Friday, saunas are open from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM), for children aged 7 and above from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (in spring and autumn from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
From 5:00 PM, the Relaxation Zone is a quiet zone and is accessible only to adults.

The Relaxation Zone has been expanded with an outdoor area equipped with three jacuzzis with heated water at 38°C all year round, offering a view of the Tatra Mountains panorama.

The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
