Animal Stay Regulations at Bachleda Hotel Kasprowy

1. The primary condition for accepting a pet at Bachleda Hotel Kasprowy is notifying the hotel of the guest’s arrival with a pet at the time of booking or check-in.
2. If a pet is found in a room that has not been registered, an additional fee of 300 PLN per night will be charged.
3. The hotel reserves the right to refuse acceptance of animals that are generally considered dangerous or aggressive.
4. Only pets with a valid health certificate, proof of current vaccinations, and deworming are accepted.
5. The pet owner declares that the pet does not pose a threat to other people or animals.
6. Pets are not allowed in the Grand Kasprowy Restaurant, Zakopane Restaurant, the Kids Club "Kaspruś" playroom, or the Spa & Wellness area.
7. It is prohibited to use hotel towels and bedding for pet-related needs or for pets to relieve themselves in rooms or other hotel areas.
8. The pet owner is responsible for protecting hotel furniture and textiles from damage and shedding fur.
9. No pets should be left alone in the room if they disturb the peace of other guests or could cause property damage.
10. If a dog is left alone in the room, the pet owner must leave a tag on the door handle on the outside of the door.
11. For safety reasons, room cleaning in rooms with pets will only be done in the presence of the owner or when the pet is not in the room.
12. Pet owners are responsible for complying with hotel regulations regarding quiet hours and ensuring that their pets do not disturb the peace of other guests.
13. Any damage caused by the pet to hotel property or other guests’ property, or soiling that requires additional cleaning, will be individually assessed, and the pet owner will be charged for the costs (e.g., for soiled or damaged bedding, carpets, chewed furniture, etc.).
14. If it is determined that a pet left in a room disturbs other guests, damages hotel property, or poses a danger to itself or other guests, the hotel management will immediately contact the pet owner to resolve the issue. If contact cannot be made, the hotel reserves the right to enter the guest’s room, with the assistance of appropriate services if necessary, and remove the pet from the hotel. All costs arising from these actions will be borne by the pet owner.
15. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on hotel grounds and surrounding areas.
16. In public areas, the pet owner must keep the pet on a leash and muzzled if necessary.
17. By bringing a pet to the hotel, the pet owner declares that they have read and accept the regulations regarding pet stays at Bachleda Hotel Kasprowy.
