Rules for Using the Playground at Hotel Kasprowy in Zakopane
- These Rules regulate the principles applicable to all persons present in the Playground area.
- Entry into the Playground is considered as acceptance of these Rules.
- The parent/guardian of a child using the Playground is required to familiarize themselves with the Rules, informational signs, pictogram signs, usage instructions, and safety regulations.
- The Playground is an indoor play area intended for children aged 1 to 16.
- Hotel Kasprowy offers free access to the Playground for children of hotel guests using accommodation services for a period of 4 hours. Children of guests not using hotel services, as well as children of hotel guests staying in the Playground for more than 4 hours, are required to pay for the use of the Playground according to the price list. The price list is available at the Playground reception and the hotel reception. The payment must be made at the hotel reception.
- Children under the age of 4 may stay in the Playground only under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
- The child's age will be determined based on the birthdate, as per the declaration of the parent/guardian.
- Children showing signs of illness or cold (coughing, runny nose, fever) are not allowed in the Playground. The parent/guardian must inform the Playground staff of any illnesses or behavior that may affect the well-being and safety of all children. The care of children with disabilities is the sole responsibility of their parent/guardian.
- The Playground staff reserves the right to refuse entry to the Playground with a valid reason for refusal.
- In case of non-compliance with the Rules, the child, parent/guardian may be asked to leave the Playground.
- Entry to the Playground requires the parent/guardian to personally register the child at the Playground reception. The child must also be personally picked up by the parent/guardian after the child’s stay in the Playground.
- Parents/guardians leaving children in the Playground under the supervision of the staff must provide contact details: room number and phone number.
- For hygiene reasons, entry to the Playground is allowed only without shoes and in socks.
- Parents/guardians are asked to remove chains, earrings, and other items from their children that may pose a potential danger to children playing in the Playground.
- The toilets in the Playground are for children only.
- The following activities are strictly prohibited in the Playground:
a. bringing and consuming food and drinks,
b. smoking tobacco or e-cigarettes,
c. bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages by parents/guardians,
d. chewing gum while playing,
e. inappropriate behavior, using vulgar language,
f. bringing pets,
g. removing toys, equipment, games, or other play items from the Playground,
h. climbing on structures not designated for play, or structures that are out of order,
i. damaging or soiling structures, toys, walls, or decor elements,
j. pushing, hitting, or other forms of violence,
k. bringing baby strollers. - Using individual play equipment must be adapted to the child’s psychophysical development. This evaluation should be made by the parent/guardian.
- The attractions in the Playground should only be used for their intended purpose. Special caution must be exercised when using the slide, ball pit, ropes, trampolines, and other obstacles located in the designated part of the Playground—“Monkey Grove.”
- Only children aged 5 to 12 years old are allowed to use the "Monkey Grove."
- The following actions are prohibited in the "Monkey Grove":
a. jumping into the ball pit,
b. removing balls from the ball pit,
c. sliding headfirst or on the stomach,
d. climbing the slide against the direction of the slide,
e. jumping from the slide. - The parent/guardian is fully responsible for any damage caused by the child to persons or property, according to the general legal principles defined in applicable laws.
- Every parent/guardian must report to the Playground staff any violations of the Rules or other dangerous behaviors by other participants.
- The hotel is not responsible for items left in the Playground by children or parents/guardians.
- The Playground is monitored, and footage from the cameras is recorded to ensure the highest level of safety. Personal data is processed solely for this purpose.
