All hotel guests have free-of-charge access to the Aqua Zone, pool, hydromassage tub, dry sauna, children's slide and gym with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a graduation tower, tepidarium and caldarium is open to children from the age of 7 (until 5 pm). From 5pm, the Relaxation Zone is a quiet zone, and it may only be used by adults. The admission fee is PLN 25/2h for an adult and PLN 15/2h for a child.

The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
