All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge as part of their stay, which includes a swimming pool, whirlpool tub, dry sauna, children's slide, seasonal outdoor pool*, and a gym equipped with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
The Aqua Zone is open to guests of all ages from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Relaxation Zone with dry saunas, steam saunas, a salt graduation tower, tepidarium, caldarium, and jacuzzi available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, for children aged 7 and over from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
From 5:00 PM onwards, a quiet zone is in effect in the Relaxation Zone and only adults may use it.

The Relax zone has been expanded to include an outdoor section equipped with three jacuzzis with heated water at a temperature of 38°C all year round, overlooking the panorama of the Tatra Mountains.

The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces. The number of parking spaces available on the hotel premises is limited.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
