All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge as part of the offer, which includes a swimming pool, a whirlpool bath, a dry sauna, a children's slide, a seasonal outdoor pool* and a gym with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a salt graduation tower, tepidarium, and caldarium is open to children from 7 years old (until 5:00 PM). From 5:00 PM, the Relaxation Zone is a quiet zone and only adults can use it. Admission is additionally charged and amounts to 25 PLN/2h for adults and 15 PLN/2h for children.
The Relaxation Zone has been expanded with an outdoor area equipped with three jacuzzis with heated water at 38°C all year round, with a view of the Tatra panorama.

Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 150 PLN per day applies for their stay. A vaccination record is required.
The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
