All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge, which includes a swimming pool, seasonal outdoor pool*, a whirlpool bath, a dry sauna, a children's slide, and a gym equipped with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
The Relaxation Zone with dry saunas, wet saunas, a salt graduation tower, a tepidarium, and a caldarium is available to children until 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM, the Relaxation Zone is a quiet zone and is only accessible to adults.

Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 150 PLN per day applies for their stay. A vaccination record is required.
The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
