The package services will be performed based on availability and in accordance with the current regulations of the Ministry of Health.

Spa & Wellness

The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a graduation tower, tepidarium and caldarium is open to children from the age of 7 (until 5pm). From 5pm, the Relaxation Zone is a quiet zone, and it may only be used by adults.

Animal Policy

Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 150 PLN per day applies for their stay. A vaccination record is required.

Parking

The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces. The number of parking spaces available on the hotel premises is limited.

Cancellation Conditions

The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
