All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge, which includes a swimming pool, a whirlpool bath, a dry sauna, a children's slide, and a gym with Technogym equipment for strength training and cardio workouts.
The Winter Holidays offer also includes unlimited access to the Relaxation zone with dry and wet saunas, a salt graduation tower, a tepidarium, and a caldarium. The Relaxation zone is available for children from 7 years old until 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM onwards, the Relaxation zone is a quiet zone and is only accessible to adults.
The Relaxation zone has been expanded with an outdoor area equipped with three jacuzzis with heated water at 38°C, available all year round, with a view of the Tatra Mountains panorama.
You can easily walk to the Polana Szymoszkowa ski lift from the hotel in your ski boots! Located right next to the Hotel, Polana Szymoszkowa is a modern ski station that has well prepared ski trails and beautiful views of the Tatra Mountains.

The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
