Relaxation Zone with salt graduation tower, tepidarium, caldarium, and jacuzzi available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM,
for children aged 7 and up from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Saunas in the Relaxation zone:
Monday to Friday, open from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM;
Saturdays and Sundays, open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
From 5:00 PM, a quiet zone is in effect in the Relaxation area, accessible to adults only.
Please kindly book the treatment appointments in advance (at least 7 days before arrival) and reserve a table for a romantic dinner at the Grand Kasprowy restaurant.

Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 150 PLN per day applies for their stay. A vaccination record is required.
The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
