All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge, which includes a swimming pool, a whirlpool bathtub, a dry sauna, a children's slide, a seasonal outdoor pool*, and a gym equipped with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
The Relaxation Zone with dry saunas, wet saunas, a salt graduation tower, tepidarium, and caldarium is available for children aged 7 and above (until 5:00 PM). From 5:00 PM, the Relaxation Zone is a quiet zone and is accessible only to adults.
The Relaxation Zone has been expanded with an outdoor area equipped with three jacuzzis with heated water at 38°C all year round, overlooking the panorama of the Tatra Mountains.

The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
