All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge, which includes a pool, a whirlpool bath, a dry sauna, a children's slide, and a gym equipped with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.
The offer also includes unlimited access to the Relaxation zone with dry and wet saunas, a salt graduation tower, tepidarium, and caldarium. The Relaxation zone is available to children from 7 years old until 5:00 PM. Starting from 5:00 PM, a quiet zone is enforced in the Relaxation area and it is only accessible to adults.
The Relaxation zone has been expanded with an outdoor area equipped with three jacuzzis with heated water at 38°C, available all year round, offering views of the Tatra Mountains panorama.

Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 150 PLN per day applies for their stay. A vaccination record is required.
The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces. The number of parking spaces available on the hotel premises is limited.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge till 15th of September 2026. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
