Spa & Wellness

All hotel Guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge, which includes a pool, a whirlpool bathtub, a dry sauna, a children's slide, and a gym with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.

The offer also includes unlimited access to the Relaxation zone with dry and steam saunas, a salt graduation tower, a tepidarium, and a caldarium. The Relaxation zone is available for children from 7 years old until 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM onwards, the Relaxation zone is a quiet zone reserved only for adults.
The Relaxation zone has been expanded with an outdoor area equipped with three jacuzzis with heated water at a temperature of 38°C throughout the year, offering a view of the Tatra Mountains panorama.

Pets are accepted. An additional fee of 150 PLN per day applies for their stay. A vaccination record is required.

Parking

The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces.

Cancellation Conditions

Reservation may not be canceled without cost. To make a reservation, 30% of the booking value is required via the online payment system. In case of cancellation or no-show the day of arrival, paid pre-payment is forfeited.
