Spa & Wellness

All hotel guests can use the Aqua zone free of charge as part of the offer, which includes a swimming pool, a whirlpool bath, a dry sauna, a children's slide, a seasonal outdoor pool*, and a gym equipped with Technogym equipment for strength and cardio training.

The Relaxation Zone with dry and wet saunas, a salt graduation tower, tepidarium, and caldarium is open to children aged 7 and over (until 5:00 PM). From 5:00 PM onwards, the Relaxation Zone is a quiet area accessible only to adults. Entrance is charged additionally at 25 PLN/2 hours for adults and 15 PLN/2 hours for children.

The Relaxation Zone has been expanded with an outdoor area featuring three jacuzzis with heated water at 38°C all year round, with a view of the Tatra Mountains panorama.

*Availability of the outdoor pool depends on weather conditions.

Parking

The hotel offers four paid parking zones: - Unsecured parking - Monitored parking - VIP parking - Underground garage The hotel does not offer the possibility of reserving parking spaces. The number of parking spaces available on the hotel premises is limited.

Cancellation Conditions

The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the planned date of arrival. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this time or no-show on the date of arrival, the guest will be charged 30% of the value of the reservation. In order to guarantee a booking, you need to provide your credit card details or make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the value of your booking using the online payment system.
